ICEP has two main principles when it comes to setting pricing:

Keep overheads and expenses to a minimum;

Provide the participants with a stipend and travel allowance that reflects their commitment to the program and to your camp.

* Why camps provide round trip transportation…
Relieving the counselors of a financial burden gives them peace of mind. Knowing his or her return trip to the point of departure is secure from the moment of arrival, an ICEP counselor can remain focused on the campers. However you would like your counselors to travel to camp, ICEP can assist with the arrangements to get participants there on time.
** For every day beyond nine weeks, counselors should be paid $25 per day.
